Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms govern the use of OfiFlow, a service provided by Pinflinos. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OfiFlow.

1. Purpose and acceptance

OfiFlow is a web and installable application (PWA) that helps professionals turn voice notes into work orders, quotes and invoices. These terms form an agreement between you (the user) and Pinflinos.

2. Description of the service

The service includes audio capture, transcription, AI-assisted work order proposals, a catalog, draft generation and invoice issuance. Available features depend on your plan and may evolve over time.

3. Registration and account

To use OfiFlow you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account. You can register with email and password or via Google sign-in.

4. Plans, prices and payments

OfiFlow offers a free plan and paid plans with different usage limits. Current prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Prices include VAT.

  • Pro trial: when available, new accounts can use the Pro plan free for 14 days, with no card. When the trial ends the account moves to the free plan unless you have subscribed to Pro.
  • Payment and renewal: paid plans are charged monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid and then move to the free plan. There is no minimum term.
  • Moving to a lower plan: downgrading never deletes any data. Whatever exceeds the new plan limits is kept; only creating more above those limits is restricted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OfiFlow for unlawful purposes, not to infringe third-party rights, and not to attempt to access, alter or overload the service’s infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. User content and tax responsibility

The content you enter (customer data, amounts, descriptions, etc.) is yours and you are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness. OfiFlow is a support tool: the accuracy of fiscal data, amounts, taxes and invoice issuance are the user’s responsibility.

7. Artificial intelligence (you validate)

AI-generated proposals are indicative and may contain errors. You must review and validate them before use. A final invoice is never generated directly from audio without your prior review.

8. Invoicing and fiscal documents

Issued invoices are immutable; any later correction is made through a corrective invoice, in accordance with the law. OfiFlow keeps your invoices and never blocks access to or download of already-issued invoices, even if you change or cancel your plan.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the OfiFlow brand and the service’s elements are owned by Pinflinos or its licensors. No rights over them are transferred to you beyond using the service under these terms. Your data and content remain yours.

10. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, incidents or causes beyond our control. The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pinflinos shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Upon termination, we will retain fiscal documents for the periods required by law.

13. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date; continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under the relevant consumer and user protection rules.
