What we get asked before people start.
What if the AI doesn't understand my audio properly?
The system shows you exactly what it transcribed and which lines it could not interpret. You correct them by hand before anything becomes an invoice. Nothing is issued without your approval — the rule is "AI proposes, you validate, the system invoices".
Are my invoices legally valid in Spain?
Yes. Sequential numbering, immutable snapshot, VAT rates, full fiscal details, a PDF ready to send. We are Veri*Factu-ready for when the tax agency requires it for your volume — the hash and the chain are already generated on every issuance.
What if I make a mistake on an issued invoice?
Issued invoices are immutable by law. If you need to correct one, you issue a corrective invoice (full cancellation, amount correction or customer details correction). It is built into the flow: open the invoice, pick the corrective type, and the system generates the sequential document.
Does it work on site without internet?
Yes for recording and editing drafts. Audio queues up and uploads when you are back in range. The only thing you cannot do offline is issue final invoices — they allocate a serial number and require atomicity.
Can I import my current Excel of customers and rates?
Yes. Onboarding has three paths: upload your Excel (the AI maps the columns and you confirm), start from a typical rate sheet for your trade and adjust it, or export from another program (Holded, Quipu, FacturaDirecta) and upload it here.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Issued invoices stay available for download and consultation forever, even if you drop to Free or cancel: your fiscal history is yours by law. Your work orders, customers and catalogue stay too. If you exceed a limit of the new plan, what you already have stays as it is; you just can’t create more (audio, invoices or items) until next month or until you are back under the limit.
